SAN ANDREAS CRIMINAL CODE

Introduction
The San Andreas Criminal Code 1994 has been due to charges and fines are not coordinated appropriately, criminal sentences and fines are changed and more charges has been issued if pledged guilty in the COURT of LAW.
Note: The COURT has every right to extend and or appeal this decision if your caught with any of the infractions below.
You may:
- Cross a red light if someone in the car is injured and needs medical attention, you are also entitled to inform SAFD in this situation.
- Park on the side walk 55% of the vehicle on the road, 45% on the sidewalk
- Operate the hydraulics while NOT operating a vehicle
- Drive through a red light if authorized by a POLICE OFFICER.
You may not:
- Park facing the opposite direction from the flow of the traffic
- Cross a red light at your discretion on any town in San Andreas.
- Impersonate a Police Officer/ FBI Agent
- Idle on the road
- Use Hydraulics system while operating a vehicle
- Be in possession of NOS (Nitrous Oxide)
- Cross the road on an unmarked cross walk
- Protest and block the road with it unless authorized by a POLICE OFFICER.
You are entitled to:
- Report to a POLICE OFFICER if there's a damaged traffic light.
- Report a crime in the vicinity of your area to a POLICE OFFICER.
- If you find yourself innocent for a traffic ticket or an arrest, you have every right for a COURT Appeal. You must have the POLICE OFFICER'S Badge Number and name and file a court case on your traffic citation and or arrest.
- If you find yourself arrested while in a corrupt case-scenario you are entitled to notify Internal Affairs of the San Andreas State Police in your nearest county.

-Vehicle Light Operation hours:
20:00PM - 7:00 AM
-Maximum sentencing: The current maximum sentencing in 60 minutes of jail and a fine of $60,000. (( This is subject to change if the prison gets added. ))
-Miranda rights: The Miranda Rights are only to be read to the suspect if he is going to be questioned or if a law enforcement officer did not witness his crime. " In the name of the law, you are now under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. You have the right for an attorney but if you can't afford one, we will provide you with one. "
-Use of force protocol: The use of force protocol is still to be applied by an law enforcement officer. Please note that failing to follow this protocol will lead in an Internal Affairs investigation from the concerned law enforcement organization and the said officer will have to go to court.
-Prisoner Rights: This new edition of the San Andreas Criminal Code is now applying the Prisoner Rights. Any prisoner that is being detained in a correctional facility or in a jail must be treated correctly according to the Human Rights. Every prisoner in detention has the right for one phonecall, food and a decent cell.
-Searches/Frisks: Police may frisk/search you if they have grounds based on probable cause, If they have reasonable suspicion they can search the outer layer of your clothes for any weapons for safety issues. They can frisk/search you if they have a consent from you without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. If in a traffic stop, police may frisk you and your vehicle if your criminal record comes back with a history of possession/murder or any of the felony that may indicate of you in possession of an Illegal items
Infractions
Emergency hotline abuse - Misusing the 911 emergency hotline to report fraudulent or deceitful information.
$5,000 fine
Driving without front lights - Failing to turn on your lights between 20:00PM - 7:00 AM
$2,500 fine and or one day license suspension
Failure to YIELD a traffic signal - Failing to stop to a red light at an area in which stopping is required. Except if turning right and precautions are taken to minimize accidents when turning right at a red light.
$2,000 fine and one hour license suspension
Failure to yield - Failing to yield to a vehicle with the right-of-way.
$2,500 fine and one hour license suspension
Failure to yield to a pedestrian - Failing to yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within any marked crosswalk or within any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection.
$2,000 fine and one hour license suspension
Improper parking - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a manor that is dangerous or obstructive.
$1,500 fine and a vehicle impounding
Jaywalking - Recklessly or improperly crossing a roadway.
$1,000 fine
Loitering - Unlawfully remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time without valid purpose.
$3,000 fine
Driving a damaged vehicle - Use of a damaged motor vehicle on a public road that could be a source of danger to other motorists.
$3,000 fine and one hour license suspension
Parking in a restricted government zone - Leaving a vehicle unattended in a government-owned area in which parking is prohibited.
$2,000 fine and a vehicle impounding
Parking in a restricted zone - Leaving a vehicle unattended in an area in which parking is prohibited.
$1,000 fine
Possession of marijuana - Possessing marijuana at an amount of above 5 grams.
$4,000 fine and confiscation of the marijuana
Possession of marijuana in small quantities - Possessing marijuana at an amount of below 5 grams.
Confiscation of the marijuana and a police warning
Possession of unlawful vehicle modifications - Operating or owning a motor vehicle with nitrous oxide systems (NOS).
$2,500 fine, two hour license suspension, and vehicle impounding
Public urination - Disposing of urine on a street, sidewalk, park, or any other public place.
$1,000 fine
Public defecation - Disposing of excrement on a street, sidewalk, park, or any other public place.
$1,500 fine
Reckless driving - Any person who drives any vehicle upon a highway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.
$2,500 fine and 12 hour license suspension
Possession of illegal materials - Possession of illegal materials in an amount above 100.
$5,000 fine and the confiscation of the the materials
Possession of illegal materials in small quantities - Possession of illegal materials in an amount below 100.
$500 fine and the confiscation of the the materials
Speeding - Operating a motor vehicle above the legal speed limit.
$1,000 fine and four hour license suspension
Extreme Speeding - Operating a motor vehicle above 200% of the legal speed limit.
$3,000 fine and eight hour license suspension
